NewsletTux is subjected to a licensing agreement (licence GNU LPG) which you accept by his use.
This agreement stipulates inter alia the source code is opened to any change, but you must respect the presence of the copyright
It authorizes and encourages the division of the data-processing code and the right to modify it, but in the condition which the result is in its turn divided with the remainder of the community.
The English version of the licence published above applies to licence of use of NewsletTux.
