Thesis sent!!!
I will make it short but, after pain, stress and tears, my PhD thesis is finally finished and sent!
It trully took a couple of years of life expectancy away from me and my poor fragile heart but, on Friday the 18th of September, I should become Dr Laruelle and there will be a party you don’t want to miss!
The preliminary program is:
10h30: Defense in the old academic building of the university
11h30: Short reception in the Dom’s tower.
All through the afternoon: scavenger hunt through the city
from 20h00 on: musical evening with the deccapods in an underground bar by the oudegracht
I have a lot of sleep to catchup so this will be it for this post but, take you calendar and circle the 18th of September because you don’t want to miss that!

Congratulation, guy ! I’m pretty sure that the first part of the program will be as satisfying as the second, event if much less fun

I just sorted out the last details concerning the celebrations after the defense and I think it should be quite cool. I’ll post pictures!
